Project Showcase
This is some of our more recent projects, some times its hard to get good pictures of our projects due to either the nature of the job, lighting, dirty, blurry, or any number of reasons. We are craftsmen first, photographers somewhere way down the list. Jokes aside we do continue to try and capture our projects and post them on our facebook as often as we can.

Outdoor Refresh
These wonderful clients needed some deck boards replaced as well as a good scraping and power wash before installing new lattice above their pergola on the back deck, we then stained it this neat colour the client chose that brought out the green in the rock on their chimney. They also need a standing trellis to be built and cemented in place to carry their downspout.
Media Wall Make over
This fun project involved first coming up with a blueprint and design of the project. After that we began tearing out the existing fireplace area, being cautious of a gas line that ran up the left wall to the rest of the condo. Then famed out the new area, drywalled the area including the ceiling touch up, finally painted added trim and finished the ceiling touch up as well as installed the new tile. The client already had someone lined up to do the floor so we just came back after to do any touch-ups needed.
Garage Hanger Banger
For this project we had install insulation on the north and south walls, including vapour barrier, then fill up on coffee because is drywall hanging time, this garage posed a little bonus challenge where we had to lower one side of the garage supports one at a time, hang the drywall then adjust the garage hangers geometry, then reinstall the hanger. Then we gave the garage a lvl 4 finish.
what asbestos
This was a big project for another fantastic client. Most of the basement had this texture on the wall that contained asbestos. We always recommend going through a proper abatement process first but also understand that can be pricey. So we hung new drywall over top of the affected areas but first had to get rid of all of the old 70s style trim on faux wood. We also installed a Dricore subfloor, a new drop ceiling, new doors and trim throughout the basement, and finished it off with a fresh coat of paint
i need some space
Some times you just need help with only a portion of a project. That was the case with these already quite handy clients who wanted to finish their basement and already had all their other bases covered except the rough framing. Thats where we stepped in!
You Deal With It
You have a bare empty basement and a dream to see it turned into a fully complete livable space, you want to make sure its all to code and done professionally and will last for years without headaches but have no idea where to start or what to do. Thankfully this client knew a guy! We took full leadership over this project working along side the client making sure all their needs were met from planning/ permits to finshed product and every step in between.
